★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This cafe has the worse service ever. Went on a Sunday for brunch, waited for 30 minutes JUST for our coffees. The food then came after AN HOUR of wait. We had toddlers and a baby at the table just imagine the chaos. The manager did not came and "apologised" except he was raising his voice and tried to blame us customers not being patient enough and that he "cannot control the kitchen". They really need to work on their customer service. I wish there was a zero star rating because they do not deserve one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stop at the Hamilton for coffee. Found this place near the supermarket. Their coffee is absolutely amazing. Love their coffee machine, eye-catching of the cafe. Good service and good range of food. Family friendly. Highly recommend to all of your guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This could be the best Mavis in town. Really amazing bruch menu . Fresh and very clever menu. Good fit out, free parking and they serve booze for brunch if you fancy a drink . It gets busy but they seem to move tables pretty quick at peak times . Also the coffee is very strong so ask for single shot if you can't handle strong coffee . Can't wait to try thier dinner menu. We will be back. Right next to new world in shopping centre . This photo was taken August 2021 last weekend. It's the eggs bene and the big breakfast . Yummo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had lunch here today, the food was magical. 5 stars to the Belgian Waffles, Brownie, Scone and Mocha. 4.5 stars for the Turkish eggs. 5 stars for their service.
Update: Tried their new Lamb Naan and Southern Fried Chicken Burger, was blown away again by the flavours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have a Mavis and Co cafe close to where we live, but we have been out to their Rototuna cafe a few times. It’s a great little location. It feels a bit more open, all the furniture is modern and fresh feeling. The food is familiar, great quality, decent sized cakes and other goodies. The staff are pretty attentive and make a good selection of drinks too. I tried a smoothie last time I was there and it was delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is good and tasty, coffee is average though, depends on which staff does it for you. We were there one lunch time, staff looked tired and lack of energy. No smiles. Other than that, plenty parking spaces and central location, right next to New World. They also do dinner. Good and unique selections of food from the menu. Good interior ambience. Always have customers inside which means it is popular with locals. Recommending a try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thanks Mavis & Co Rototuna:) You helped brighten the day for myself and my 4 lovely daughters. We don’t get to eat out together very often, so when we do, we hope it will be extra special! Your wait staff were friendly and attentive (without being in our faces!) and the food was absolutely delicious. Please tell your chefs that we were grateful for the time they took to produce delicious quality food, especially on a hot day! My brioche French toast……..oh Lordy it was perfect! Thank you :)
