★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was our wedding cake we picked up at 10 am in morning and by 12 pm we used it . The sponge was really hard as if they made it a few days ago and kept in freezer its not possible that even the cake will be this hard even if its made overnight. Never had a complain before from Papatoetoe cheesecake but this time this special occasion was ruined because of this.
It was my birthday too but the birthday cake was fine and was ordered only a day before
M astonished that our wedding cake was ordered a week before and results were definitely not good.
I am not a person who complains normally but this was not acceptable being a wedding cake

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to purchase a quarter cheesecake for my husband and the small fridge was broken so they didn't have any. Decided to buy a half and share with my daughter, half cost $21.90 from memory, quarter $14.00. Got charged for 2 quarters as we asked them to cut in half. When I questioned she said I brought 2 quarters, sorry but actually I brought a 1/2 as you didn't have quarters available. That's a steep charge to cut in half!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They ruined my 3-year-old daughter's birthday TOTALLY.
They forgot to print Peppa pig image on the cake and when I asked the reason, they didn't show any sympathy and only said it is not in the system, however I have the evidence of confirmation with the manager in my emails with her.
Birthday theme was Peppa pig and my daughter was waiting to see the cake she was asking for the whole last month.
I asked for the refund and the manager said they cannot do it??????!!!!!!
SUCH A SHAME FOR NOT BEING RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MISTAKE THEY DID AND DESTROYING PEOPLE BIRTHDAY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just one thing I don't like to get any cake from this store which happened with me twice in last one month, they refused to write the name on the cake saying that we have packed up and can't write the name on the cake after 5 pm however the store was opened until 7 pm which was annoying for me! No one packs up 2 hrs before the closing of store. Those cakes were for some special occasions, when I requested them they did write the names but I don't know why they didn't do the same at the first place. I really don't like this thing. If your store is open till 7pm, then you should be able to write the names till the closing time because it only takes seconds and moreover I'm a professional baker myself also, I know some other cheesecake stores who has done in the past.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday the day before to be picked up on her birthday. I was told they shut at 7 and the website says that too. We went to pick it up after a delay at 6.30. They had the door shut. We could see people inside and the refused to open the door or the phone. They ruined her day. I expect a full refund

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are open till 7pm. Arrived at 6:35pm and the store is closed. Saw someone in the back and they didn't open the doors. Have been calling till 7pm. Was picking up a birthday cake for my partner. They are open under lert level 3. Very disappointed, didn't get the cake.
