Maximus Fitness owners and head coach have been Personal trainers for over 12 years each. Working out of the West Wave aquatic centre and the YMCA for 5 years before moving to open Maximus Fitness in 2012.

The love for family came the name Maximus Fitness, named after current owner Mani's first born son, Maxwell.
Through the years of training and experience, has come more love and more knowledge of showing people how to build not only a stronger body but more importantly a stronger mind set towards exercise and healthier living.
