Bluetooth on Mazda BT-50 is useless and Mazda refuse to fix it, dont buy a mazda they will not stand behind there product.

I have had two brand new Mazda CX 9s over the last four years. They look great and they are great cars to drive but they are NOT DURABLE. In both cases the roof panel began to rust after about two years. Be careful even though these cars are covered by 3 and 5 year warranties, it is very hard to get Mazda to accept manufacturing faults. Their standard response to any warranty claim relating to the cars paint and body is β€œstone chips”. Check on the net, it’s the same response worldwide. Bottom line is the paint layer on Mazda is paper thin and does not provide adequate protection for the cars body. The body itself should not be rusting on modern cars due to technological advances but they do on Mazdas. Draw your own conclusions and be warned.

We recently purchased an upgrade for our 2017 Mazda CX9 through the Mazda website. We felt that what we received wasn't what we were expecting, and after communication with Mazda we came to a satisfactory agreement. It's nice to see a large corporate taking the time to communicate and listen to it's customers. Thank you Mazda NZ. On a side note, we love our CX9 - it's a premium feeling product that in my opinion punches well above it's price point.

Own a mazda cx5 diesel, well known issue with their dpf and fuel in the oil. Mazda nz doesn't want to know about it. While other countries are fixing the issue.

When customers bought new cars company gives free service for 5 years but when we try to book free service any branches not interested in free service bcz they wanna paid service. I bought Mazda CX-5 in year 2020 but after that I always struggling for book service. Going to sell very soon CX-5
