AVOID. I never write reviews, but in the case you receive a faulty Mazda part from Maztech be prepared to take these guys to the Disputes Tribunal. The staff at Maztech - Brent and James - will do the absolute minimum to meet their obligations under the New Zealand Consumers Guarantee Act and will attempt to argue their way out of any and every remedy they are required to provide by law. After purchasing a set of second-hand mags (w/ tyres) from Maztech and having them fitted to my car, I found out the morning after that one of the tyres was flat. After sourcing a puncture repair AT MY OWN COST and getting the full set of mags assessed by a reputable mag repairer, I learned that one of the four mags was buckled to a degree in which it had punctured the beading of the tyre and was, in fact, in an unwarrantable state. In addition, one other mag was found to have a moderate buckle, with another having a minor buckle. This meant only one of the four mags that I purchased didn't have anything wrong with it! After I was told by the store owner of the wheel repair store that the unwarrantable mag could most likely be fixed, I proceeded with a repair. However, after days of work the wheel repairer told me that despite their efforts the mag could not be fixed in its entirety - which is testament to how buckled the mag really was and the condition that it was sent to me by Maztech. Over the coming weeks and after FOUR+ hours of phone calls and countless emails, Maztech finally gave me the options to either PAY FULL $550 COST towards a REPLACEMENT SECOND-HAND MAG or to return the full set of mags. After obviously opting for the latter, one month later I was still waiting on my $950 refund. Maztech did not even inform me when the buckled mags would be picked up until at 2pm on a Tuesday a Mainfreight truck suddenly appeared on my doorstep... fortunately I was home at the time. Coincidentally, the Mainfreight driver collecting the mags was the same driver who delivered them weeks earlier, but because Maztech forgot to provide Mainfreight with my street number when booking the pickup the driver had to double-check with me that they were at the correct address - idiots! Ultimately (and almost deservingly), Maztech paid ~$550 for repairs and delivery only to have the set of mags returned to them, one of which being in an irreparable (and hence unsaleable) condition. For a Kiwi-owned company consumers should be expecting better. Save yourself any hassle in the case that the second-hand products you purchase are faulty and opt to deal with ANY OTHER Mazda parts supplier. I would not hesitate to recommend Mag N Turbo who were great in sourcing me some second-hand mags that look super cool and in as-new condition. They even offered me a sweet deal - less than half the price of the bucked mags that I returned to Maztech. While this may have been an isolated incident, based on my experience I can only say to avoid Maztech at all costs. Their after-sales service and manner in resolving problems with their own parts is absolutely disgraceful. They are only after your money - and when something does go wrong they will deny any responsibility until you threaten legal action. On one other note, be prepared to be UNKNOWINGLY and thus unlawfully RECORDED when you call these Maztech AND for your phone call/s to be used as evidence against you when you attempt to seek a remedy for your faulty part(s). There is no indication that you are being voice recorded when you dial their landline. This would easily warrant a complaint with the New Zealand Privacy Commission which anyone can do so using the complaints form on their website.

The way you guys list stuff on trademe is embarrassing just have one listing for one part. It's totally unnecessary to have 5+ listing for the same thing.

These guys all had excellent product knowledge and made sure that I left with the right parts. They offered a slightly rougher part as a cheaper alternative, which was over and above normal service. These guys are where it's at for Mazda parts. Thank you Maztech PartsWorld.

Purchased a secondhand bonnet through Maztech PartsWorld, ordered on Tuesday and it arrived first thing Thursday morning, well packaged and exactly how described. The bonnet is in such great condition as well with no dents or paint fade. Super happy with the service and assistance I received. Highly recommend :)

Checked the website for a spare rim and tyre for my Mazda. After finding a potential new rim, I rang up to ask a couple of questions. Prompt response after the usual select options on the phone. Answered all my questions in a friendly and informative manner. Ordered the rim on Wednesday and it arrived on Friday morning and even had the same tyre specs as the ones on my Mazda. Very very happy with the rim and the service. Thank you folks.
