★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife recently found a type of car our son was looking for, as he was at work my wife contacted the Dealer. The salesman named Herman was outstanding , he answered all my wifes questions and explained clearly about the car. I at one stage during the day also spoke to Herman and was most impressed and just on the phone asked to buy the car!! I have had 54 years in the motor trade owning businesses, and then including time in major brands so I know when someone exceeds your expectations. The car is great well presented and serviced over and above what we expected. Our other family vehicles will need replacement one day, Rotorua Ford & Mazda be our first call.

Took my car for a service and specifically told them it had brand new engine oil in it and to only do other servicing, they changed the brand new oil and charged me for it. Took my car in another time and was told I could get an invoice to pay later but reception and management refused to honour this on the day and tried to withhold my keys, they also did not supply everything I had ordered and did not fix door handle properly, I had to go back less than 24 hours later as it all fell apart and they just stuck it back in and it broke again that same day. Manager was called in to discuss issues and she was even more rude than the rest of reception. Will never use them again, I don't know how they manage to keep any customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude and unhelpful sales staff. No interest in making a sale once they knew my budget / type of car I was looking for. A few years ago I had purchased a new CX-5 from this dealership and the service was excellent then, so a real shame to see how much this has changed.
