β β β β β Located in the industrial zone of Whakatiki St, Trentham, the team at Mcarthur Mechanical Ltd provide friendly, thorough and knowledgeable service. Noel clearly and in simple terms, explained all that was necessary to bring my car up to WOF standard and carried out the work efficiently and effectively. The garage is well set up and the fact they had a very busy booking schedule indicated to me that they had a large number loyal customers. The prices charged for parts and labour were very reasonable. Highly recommend.

β β β β β Called them and asked about replacing front struts for my car. They seemed interested and told me they look into it. I followed up with text few days later and was told that they had trouble locating the part and that they would get back. They never did.
I followed up with two texts asking for status and never got a response. Now it has been over 1 week since my initial contact, so I have to assume they're not interested in the work or have been unable to locate the part. Would have been nice to know, though.
