★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad at the basics. Asked for a happy meal for my daughter at the Drive-thru, but without the toy. Pretty rude person taking our order too, then we get home and they've given her the toy and not the drink (even though they had checked we wanted the blackcurrant drink). Also no ketchup, which they should either provide automatically with fries or ask you if you want any. How else would you ever get ketchup in the Drive-thru?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really hard to find the front door to this place... their usual front door has a notice saying exit only... fair enough... but a notice to get to the current front door would be a great help. Finally got in, and really enjoyed my Iced Latte, cheers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely not happy with the service tonight. I ordered a grand Mac on its own a Big Mac on its own a Almighty Texan burger on its own and 2 large fries. I got a grand Mac and 2 salty as crispy chicken burgers plus my fries and everything was cold and just thrown in the bag. No wonder I don’t go to McDonald’s. I should’ve trusted my instincts and not even gone. $37.40 later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's something wrong with the area that Macdonalds and KFC Feilding sit on. Mainly affecting the attitude of staff. Like a couldn't care less attitude that taints the experience. I have rarely if ever come away from either place feeling like I was served by people who like their jobs or the place or maybe even their own lives. Some work on staff attitude or moral or mental health support from bosses maybe a decent pay rise might help lift their spirits. Consistently not a great experience. I was bought up and worked in a world where the customer was always right even if they were wrong and we had to smile and be pleasant to customers regardless of what was going on in our own lives because we were the face of the business. Is that the difference between generations? Or small biz vs the large. Is something lost working for a large chain,? Do staff feel less supported or less secure or less needed like being there isn't important work? That they don't count? I don't know what it is but is a negative trade off for a fast meal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not been to McDonalds for years. Only place open after 4pm. Bought iced coffee on a blistering hot day. Could have been a bit thicker/creamier, but it did the job. Would I use again, definitely.
