★ ★ ★ ★ ★ McNuggets looked like they were a week old. Even the dog wouldn’t eat it. And the Big Mac combo, the fries were cold and hard and burger, uneditable. Disappointing considering they were the best McDs in Christchurch

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Literally 7 out of 10 meals they will either forget half of your meal or completely mess it up , good luck customizing any order it's goi g to come out a standard burger , absolute waste of time this place hands down owes me a solid $70 in missing food , when rung up about good luck they send a five dollar voucher out or a burger voucher and youl get it two months later , WORST MCDONALDS EVER (AND IM A LOCAL )

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compared to other nearby branches, the drive-through at this branch is fairly quick. Food is always hot, and generally a little better presented with less grease most of the time.
The staff are very polite and friendly and the restaurant I found to be kept in top shape. Generally It has always been clean and well patronised.
The restaurant is a bit smaller than most with its primary focus appearing to be quick drive through service. Multiple ordering lanes help make this possible.
Otherwise, it’s MacDonalds. The rest I could say is what you would expect from MacDonalds and speaks for it self.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I was there last, I ate in& watched the staff go abt their duties. They seemed to take their job seriously as a couple of them were very conscientious of their workplace, tidying etc whilst making me feel comfortable& a valued customer. Seriously, if u want exceptional service, eat in at Woolston MacDonalds. You'll be happy you did.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent an extra dollar of my income on extra cheese for no extra cheese? DISAPPOINTED TO SAY THE LEAST. the chips came half empty. The people working over the speakers were lovely but the quality of my food was appalling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had no idea how busy they were when I walked in the door. As I went to order, I realized they were getting slammed. The kiosks were full, most of the available seats were full, Uber eats orders were coming up and there was a queue through the drive through.
Despite this a staff member made the time to serve me, check my pass and take my order. The food was quick and hot and exactly what I ordered.
I sat for 30 minutes and the team continued to serve up food as quickly as possible while maintaining great communication with eachother and a little humor.
It was great to see.
