β β β β β Confirmed order at the drive thru speaker but when we got to the pay window I was asked what we had ordered, so I repeated the order. Next was the pick up window where we were given the wrong order. They eventually sorted it out but the large fries cartons were have full with floppy chips. I asked for the cartons to be filled properly. Below average service.

β β β β β Burgers were terrible, don't dine in...the table was disgusting. The Manager thought he was a mobster..a wanna be Vin Diesel. This place was like watching a bad horror movie from the late 70s. Next time I'm going to rather fry up my daughters gold fish, I'm sure that little spineless snack is going to be more tasty

β β β β β Coke was flat and warm, fries had zero salt. And drive thru without fail will always have one person on the intercom ask to take your order then suddenly switch to someone else that isn't even ready to take an order so you just end up repeating yourself.

β β β β β Wow! The worst experience I have ever had from McDonaldβs. firstly I arrive at the speaker box and wait. Iβm patient. I order a Big Mac combo. Ask for a shake for the drink. Get told that the machine isnβt working so no shakes and sundaes. Why?! This happens almost every time I got there at night. Order just the burger instead and proceed to order two more meals and ask for ice in both drinks and Mayo on two the cheese burgers. Wait to make sure she puts that on the screen and she does, so I go to the window and pay. Get to the second window and the mgr hands me two warm drinks (you can tell the moment you touch the cup itβs warm) ask for ice βwe donβt have anyβ why didnβt she tell me that?! I tell him I donβt want them then so he tells me that he will get it from the other machine. Why didnβt he do that in the first place?! And then to my shock I see your staff making sundaes, a McFlurry? And a shake! WHAT?! Get my food and go home only to find there are no fries in the bag and only one of my burgers has the Mayo I paid for! And no pickles in all 4 cheeseburgers! WHY NOT?! I love pickles and that is an ingredient in the burger! Iβm so annoyed! I worked 18 hours and just wanted food so I didnβt have to cook.

β β β β β The rocket playground provides my kids with hours of fun which is the best part of going here. On top of that the workers were friendly, attentive and on top of the cleaning which was great. They also have extra self-serve kiosks down near the playground so you can order and have it delivered to your table while you supervise the kids on the playground.

β β β β β It was a busy nite, tried 3 touch screens before I was able to order. They are so impersonal.(screens) Wasn't given a receipt or number, had to ask. Order eventually arrived although in 2 different places 1/2 order at one counter 1/2 at another unbeknownst to me. So finally get to eat, survey the place, not very tidy rubbish on floor trash cans over filled doesn't say much about where priority is. So wasnt overly impressed

I was not happy with my meal my pattie was cold as well as my chips. My drink I order was a coke but tasted flat and was not refreshing. There was way too much sauce in the burger as the top burger bun was pretty much covered in sauce which tasted soggy. Very disappointed.
