★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything I really like about burgerfuel with the added value of a semi outdoor area. Which I think is important in this new covid age if you plan on eating where you buy. They were doing a roaring trade in phone orders but still served at the counter promptly and with a smile. Explanation of slight delay due to being busy was a nice touch and appreciated. Will definitely put this place on my list for repeat business ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I normally never have anything bad to say about burger fuel. But tonight was a first. My burger didn't slip and slid with all the sauce ? I asked for vegan cheese but received no cheese.
Very disappointed that this makes this pregnant woman sad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the worst burgerfuel I’ve visited. Staff are rude, and slow. Have been told 5 minutes for the past 20 minutes. I ordered via phone 20 mins before arriving to the store.
Not acceptable. Will be going to 5x roads or shake out in future. A lot

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Monday 15/11/21 place my order over the counter order for 6 chicken tenderloins paid $11.50. Got home n see there was only 4 chicken tenderloins. Call them 3 times to let them know about there mistake/miss counting or whatever it was. No one bothered to answer the phone. Such a good service isn’t it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This used to be a great joint. But run a promo for free choppers, out of stock within 2 days and the promo runs for a week. Just to get you in the door I guess. Come on BF you can do better.
