★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was sad. The workers didn't even greet us. Most the time had their backs to us. There were no seats to dine in. I suppose maybe the area is quite small perhaps. So we went outside to eat on the tables, but there was a guy standing in the drive thru the whole time we ate with a sign asking for food. We felt uncomfortable. I understand times are tough, but that's an uncomfortable way to eat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we went there 2 nights in a row and they messed up our order both times. We ordered 2 double burgers and one came with only 1 patty and the other only 3 being a bigmack. they forgot all fries and was just overall bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They gave me an almost empty hot chocolate. Probably got mixed up with a staff members personal drink but I didn’t realise until I put my mouth on it. Disgusted. Especially in these times. Good beesechurger though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst maccas... Paid meal via kiosk, 20 mins later no meal. Went to ask at front counter if it was ready and they said have you paid yet? And then say that they ar waiting on hot drinks but customers before me had recieved their drinks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely slow dinner service because it's not big enough to serve the number of customers coming in round that time. So I don't recommend going there between 6pm - 8pm. This McDonalds could be as busy as 5xroads or Frankton if it were big enough. I've been here in the morning for coffee, at lunch for a happy meal and at dinner. The order is always on point regardless of the time. There are almost always homeless people standing at the end of the drive thru so take a few things to donate because why not?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everytime we order, we get the wrong order. It's actually not even been close the last two times, despite them pinning the receipt to the packing as of they've checked it. Probably a good thing, no more McDonald's for us.
