โ โ โ โ โ Ordered the Cuzzy Vinne and the Jake burger with chips. I could get a better burger from a chinese takeaway down the road for $3. Tastless burger using the cheapest ingrediants. No aioli which is weird for a burger shop. So i asked for sauce and they forgot not sure how because the place was dead. Customer service with no smile asked for directions and felt they didnt even want to help

โ โ โ โ โ Reviews show some people had amazing burgers some not so, unfortunately mine werenโt great. Looked amazing, could tell ingredients were fresh just didnโt have much flavour which was a shame.
Disappointed to also have to wait near 45 mins for an online order too, I understand it was busy, but not sure why I get a notification saying my order is ready in 20 mins when clearly they hadnโt even started. It looked more like they hadnโt realised they had an order online and then just started it then n there.
Would consider trying again. Hope for better experience.

โ โ โ โ โ We tried the combos Big Jake and the Chicken Mega and our kids had their two sets of burgers free of charge as part of this awesome promotion. It is insanely large and delicious, comes with chips and drinks. I was hungry and couldnโt finish my whole meal and took some home. Owner is friendly and multitasking. The moved just few door apart from the previous address, and this new one is very well decorated and quite clean. Toilets are shared with the hotel. Overall, a great place to hang out and enjoy ? fantastic burgers ? ;).

Upon arrival, I was told that there is a 30 minute wait for food, and had to repeat my order several times as the server kept shifting their attention to something else. Not ideal when you come out for dinner. I assume that this is because they're doing online orders at the same time.
This was listed as one of the best burgers in Hamilton but I can say right now that it is not. The majority of the ingredients are store bought so it doesn't really give you that going out to eat feeling.
The burgers felt more akin to something you'd get at the local fish and chip shop, the burger I got wasn't bad, it just wasn't great either.
The "OMG" Loaded fries portion was pretty small compared to other places in the area offering similar dishes, the bacon was burnt which meant the overall taste was just a burnt taste.
Not really what id expect for the prices being charged.
It kind of feels like the business is struggling with the transition from food truck to restaurant and so everything is served on kmart trays and brown paper, which can be difficult to navigate with the burgers that are prone to falling apart. I can see how this would be acceptable if ordering from a foodtruck but I went to a sit down restaurant not a food truck so..
I wasn't going to bother leaving a review but after seeing some of the replies from the owner if I had to do it again, id just walk another 10 minutes up the road and to Eat Burger.
Hopefully the owner takes this constrictive criticism for what it is and doesn't take it personally or get hurt, this was just my experience upon visiting the restaurant.

Chips are your typical fish and chip style but don't have a stupid amount of grease/oil like a lot of other places.
Service is amazing and it's all wrapped up in an extensively Kiwi business.

โ โ โ โ โ Beautiful tasting burgers. Great location amongst it all and love the atmosphere. What lacks in height is made up for in mass, I had the Roadie Burger and the blue cheese sauce sealed it for me. Will be back for more no doubt about that.

โ โ โ โ โ Went there this evening for dinner. When we first went in there were no people inside, but there were 2 sitting outside. The lady that was at the counter hardly listened to our order and could not bring herself to smile. The first thing she said was that there ia a half hour wait, kind of felt like she was trying to make us give up. We ordered and went for a 25 minute walk. When we came back, the food arrived and the lady offered us water, even though we paid for colas. The place was hot and tiny flies were on the trays and the food.
I think the most disappointing thing was that I paid 5 dollars for onion rings that I buy at the supermarket and the burger bun was so much bigger than the mushroom in it (veggie option). All and all the atmosphere was not the best.
After getting your reply I must respect you with an answer: listening means that when someone is speaking to you, you don't turn around to speak with others and make them repeat themselves. You can very well see a smile behind the mask. A real smile goes up to your eyes. The onion rings pay for themselves. It was more about being served a product that you can make at home at an eatery. When one goes out to eat they want something special, I can be disappointed without you being hurt. About the drinks, you may offer water to all, but you didn't seem to remember our order, simply because the cans were not served with the meal.. and when we said we paid for drinks you said ohh okay.
I'm not here to argue, just to reflect how I felt.
