★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Papamoa MacDonalds this evening via drive thru. Ordered a number of items one being a cheese burger! What a disappointment my grandchild had as she ordered a cheese burger. When we opened the burger all that was in there was a bun with a bit of sauce and a piece of cheese! What happened to the meat? Tried calling them up but no one answered the phone! Typical these days ......no one answers their phones .....!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the bacon and egg muffin deal (with a hash brown and coffee - moccachino). The bacon and egg muffin was freshly made. The hash brown was crispy. The moccachino hot and sweet. Highly recommend this deal on the app. Only $9.00!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a large coffee served warm because I cannot handle the heat of a normal coffee on my tongue. When I got my coffee it felt like the right temperature on the outside, so I took a sip only to absolutely burn and scold my tongue and throat. I instantly had blisters come up and I had to go to the doctor. After taking a closer look I realised my coffee was double cupped which is why it felt alright on the outside, so I really should not have trusted the temperature from the outside. Service was tragic and three people were standing by the window talking and completely ignoring us. Terrible - will not go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Check your order! They always forget sauces and chips are cold and half full. I know the staff work really hard and my first job was working at maccas so I know the deal. However, check your orders too many times it's been below average food that looks nothing like the photo is cold or smaller portions and they always have issues with the shake machine?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually don't post this type of review, but the manager Stephani or Stephanie was so rude to me and the staff on shift. absolutely horrible manager! will not be coming back.
The food and other staff were good , the manager has just completely put me off!

Also quite surprised that none of my family nor anyone else we saw dining in had to show proof of vaccination.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drive through issues. I've dude moved and the other didn't. Staff didn't seem interested in serving. Waited nearly 10 minutes for them to take my order and the person on the other end of the speaker kept saying please wait.. All the while the other drive through line kept serving.. and moving. No hurry to go back here again
