★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a rainbow unicorn cake for my daughters 5th birthday was told it would be $130 and then was charged and extra $5 to say happy birthday Losena on it. Then i see on the website name is supposed to be included. Was reassured it would be a fondant horn and ended up with a budget small cardboard stick on horn pack that wasn't even big enough for the cake . In saying all that though, the cake was quite big, fresh and tasted nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last December ordered a black forest cake to take to auckland that day. Came out of freezer when I arrived to pick up. Was not cheap but was surprised at how dry the cake was no cherry, no moisture which is what a black forest is all about. Few years ago I loved the cheesecake shops now cakes not so good.

Made the experience wonderful and will highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a 'Black forest' cake for someone's birthday on Friday the 30th of April. I booked it before and picked up around 05:30pm. The cake was not fresh as the cream was dry along with sponge too. The most embarrassing moment was when someone smashed the cake and was too dry. I kept the more than half of the cake to show to the shop staff but on ringing the cheese cake shop next day, I have been asked to bring the whole cake to get the refund. How would someone can see the cake is dry without cutting it. As per the phone attendant, manager Shalini told me to bring the cake for feedback for free but she can't refund the money even though I am a cheesecake's customer since about five years. These kind of services are not recommendable.

I ordered a midi cake by mistake however I got full size without extra pay.. Good customer service !!
But it’s true their cakes are not always fresh!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorry but cupcakes that are $5.50 each tasted old and cheese cake topping was even worse
Cookies and Cream was the advertisement but really didn't taste like anything but dry sponge was really confused when I asked about donuts and staff said no we don't do them but yet there's signs all over the door with Donuts.
I've been told tauranga is better I'll travel to get a decent cupcake.
Would love for improvement as I live near by and need cakes for special occasions regularly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a Black Forest custom cake for someone’s birthday. It wasn’t like a normal eggless cake . I know how eggless Black Forest tastes like. I spent $130 on this cake but they used icing cream or what it was super extra sweet that no one could eat the cake sponge layer was so thin all in the cake was just jam and cream. Taste of the cake was horrible seriously. It was worst than anything. I have never tasted this kind of cake in my life . It was not even jam inside the cake it was fruit pulp what i hate the most . I really want a refund for my order.

Will neva order Cake with you guys . I ordered Cake for my Birthday 1 month earlier and send image emailing exactly told them what I want and they agreed.Luckily I went in store today and they were very fussy.Well I was surprised because I am paying 150$ and they telling me they can’t do much on Cake as I made it too simple for them.Thank you very much for wasting my time?
Don’t deserve one star so sad.
