★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This McDonalds was a disgrace. The rubbish bins were overflowing on to the floor. There was rubbish left all over the tables. The tables hadn't been cleaned or wiped down. The machines where you placed your order were out of paper so no receipt was issued. The toilets were locked and blocked off from use. The staff were doing their best but were undermanned.

ILLEGAL ACTIVITY ALERT
PRIVACY INVASION issue, hence the one star.
When I was dining in the cleaner did not knock and opened the loo door.
I was doing my business and was very 1) shocked and 2) upset.
This is not the way to treat customers, she saw me in my vulnerable position without my consent.
Did I also mention that she tried to harm me?
My nephew complained about her behaviour but the manager threatened to trespass him if he ever complained again.
He was at his best of manners and courtesy.
P.S. my colleague told me that the loo seat is wobbly and there was urine puddle on the floor as well as racist graffiti in blue

Please stock up the printer papers - some machines always show printer error.

In-store music was deafeningly loud, and the frozen fanta machine was out of order yet again.
Please get hang of your machine, staff.
I had to take frozen coke no sugar as alternative.

Printer error (no printing paper) at kiosk; customers throw dockets on the ground instead of rubbish bin.

What is the point of removing barriers if you lock all three bathrooms? It is as good as barriers still up.
Order took very long to arrive, people who ordered after me got thier order first, and worst of all the cleaner was not wearing her mask properly (she wasn't eating, and the mask didn't fully cover her nose). A serious health hazard, and to add insult to injury she stared at me and later yelled at me when I was eating near the corner... Is it a cardinal sin to place my mask on the table when eating?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience in my life and I'm kinda mature. Hence the foul mouths of staff and letting me get verbally abused by other customers and threats of robbing me of my hand bag and shopping makes me say never eating or recommending this place. I spend alot at McDonald's and very disappointed. Queen Street at its ugliest and felt very unsafe.
I did go back, a few days later for fries and nice that the staff spoke to the people being abusive and it was a much nicer place ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store looks nice BUT the food is terrible. I ordered a large fries and Big Mac my friend ordered some others as the photo shown. The chips are cold and soft,feels like someone straight out of the fridge. The paddies in the burger is cold and beef is not warm enough. We also bought some drinks and they weren’t filled properly(3/4 cup). We would understand all of it is busy but there were literally 3 people in the store so it is not acceptable at all. Need a lot of improvement in the future!!!
