β β β β β Chicken was awesome! Not too greasy unlike before where you can actually smell old cooking oil used. 5+1 promo is a good deal. New management made store fresher, cleaner and sanitary.

β β β β β Terrible Kumara fries, wraps and burger!
We ordered a chicken burger (non crispy), vege patty kebab and chicken kebab. When we reached home famished, we opened our order and a few bites into all that we had ordered left bad taste in our mouths.
The kumara fries were burnt and unsurprisingly had a burnt taste.
The vege kebab (wrap) was so overstuffed with lettuce that after eating almost half of it and not getting any taste of what I was eating, I had to take out a major portion of the lettuce(see attached photo of the stuff I discarded from half the wrap). This was not a good idea as after this I found that the vege wrap tasted really bad and had a strong fishy odour in it.
There was a similar stench in my chicken wrap although this one was not overstuffed with lettuce.
The chicken burger I ordered for my son wasnβt great either. He usually finishes his burgers in the blink of an eye but he left more than half of it saying he wasnβt hungry anymore.
Checking the burger and the chicken wrap I found the chicken to be different compared to that I had seen in other wraps/burgers. I donβt know how they process it but I hope it was not the stale leftover fried chicken being used for our burger and wrap. That may or may not be the case but my experience has been really bad. I hope the staff take note and make better preparations for other clients. I wouldβve loved to taste their famous fried chicken but after this experience, no, Iβm never going back there again. I spent $36 odd dollars to get a bad taste in mine and my familyβs mouth! Outrageous!

β β β β β I usually come here for my fried chicken and rice specifically, but after today and the chinese lady yelled at us βare you gonna order or just waitβ, we wonβt be coming back. The $9.50 meal is not worth the disrespect and attitude. Youβre not fine dining. Youβre not even KFC.

β β β β β Ever since this has become Chinese owned, the qualiry of food has also become Chinese! Absolutely horrendous! Today was the culmination of our disgust! We ordered a salad with chicken and the chicken strips and bits are as hard as pebbles and dry as a a dried raisins! The chicken is probably few days old, still served to make money!

β β β β β Room for improvement. This was my first visit and I don't think I'll be back. The kebab bread wasn't fresh, chicken was dry, excessive amount of lettuce, little to no sauce. Overall wasn't worth the $12.

β β β β β I tried avachi for the first time around a week ago just for a little snack and had ordered their chicken strips. although unfortunately, it was definitely not as great as expected. the flavouring itself was actually alright although the chicken was dry, quite evidently old and very tough to chew. I havenβt tried any other of their dishes but at least for the chicken, an improvement in the quality of it should be taken into consideration.

β β β β β Recently found out about Avachi and since then couldnβt stop ordering from them. I usually try their fried chicken and the crispy chicken burger man I donβt know about their other food items but these two are soo soo good. Chicken is crispy from outside and juicy from inside and thats all you want definitely will order more from them. ?
