★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coke’s like it’s been cracked open and left there for 3 days before it is served; beef in the burger were dry af; fries were soft and cold; there were like 5 cars before me and it took almost 20 mins for me to order my food; drive thru reception was… hummm… well she’s probably not in a good mood…
Overall, drinks and food are not fresh, nor were they well cooked: 1 out of 5

I’ve been living in this area for over 20 years and this maccas has gotten worse and worse each year, I’ll not visit again as it just lost its last chance

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Who ever runs or owns this place doesn’t give a care about this branch. They mess your order up EVERY TIME! I’m on my third time in a row where I have no bacon in my burger that should have bacon… the best part! The time before that they put a rubbery tough old left over bit of bacon from a B&E Mc muffin.
Nothing will
Happen or change at this branch as the people who own it probably own all the other Mc Ds around here.
Don’t bother going to this place they just want your money.
Playground is a health hazard in itself and should CLEANED!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order received wrong. So called Harsh employee to clarify and the man was very rude. Chips were cold. Drinks were warm .I suggest that Harsh is provided some customer service skills. When I called to complain he hung up. Tried to recall and No one answered as probably they had caller ID. Most unsatisfactory service and rudest staff by far HARSH. Thieves stealing from people and providing poor quality food

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Food. But this McDonald's doesn't classify as a "fast" fast food restaurant. Needs more staff to be on the counter and take orders. And also please have more frozen coke flavors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toilets are disgusting. I don't know if anyone is even cleaning it. Urine on the floor, blocked cubicle. Ordered Mochaccino coffee which tasted like pure sugar. Couldn't taste any coffee. Had to swap it for something else as it was undrinkable. Long waiting times. Staff seems to be unorganized.

It was no busy at all as i ordered @ 4 in the morning...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ yes this is right that you shouldn't expect to get a good meal or high quality service from a McDonald's shop! But this shop is even worse than other McDonald's that I have seen. Ordered a cheeseburger which was awful, I was there for half an hour and no one bothered himself/herself to wipe the dirty tables.
On the upside they have a salon and playground upstairs where you can entertain your little ones.
