★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No customer service only those stupid machines to place your order which are a nightmare to use, heaven forbid how older people get order placed.
Go back to person to person orders over the counter..don't be cheapskates McDonald's.. put ya money where ya mouth is and get back to good service instead of profits.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Need to sort itself out, twice given incorrect order, once was only given half the order immediately followed by being asked to leave premises by what I presume was day manager when trying to sort out order. Rude, intolerant man who tried to insist it was our fault. Most general staff helpful, management need to have have people management and communication skills re-taught. Not good enough for company who supposedly prides itself on customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful place to have a good breakfast, lunch and dinner with friends and family and enjoy your stay. Lots of choice and great service for the friendly staff members. Good restaurants for all your needs and budget. Opening hours are good and there is plenty parking space available for you to enjoy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drove over from Dargaville to meet up with grandchildren we hadn't seen for a year. Meeting point for a custody swap. Served self while staff stood by chatting. Didn't even get to finish food when staff member informs us that due to short staff, they would be closing in 4 minutes. Very dissapointed kids, even more dissapointed grandparents. $100 worth of food, for a quick family photo in the carpark. Thanks for the memories

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Considering I was on the tail end of a lineup in drive thru..Service was quite quick. Helped that it was duo serve system. Meal was hot and fresh..as expected with so many in drive thru and front counter.
