★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a Tyre puncture at 9:30 at night with no spare, AA recommended the garage. Someone still at the shop thankfully let me store my car there safely overnight, ordered a new tyre for me as well as putting a tyre on in the mean-time, even got my new tyre sooner than expected. Overall fast and friendly service.

My partner bought their car in to get it serviced/fixed this morning, come to 8pm and we haven’t heard back from them whatsoever, guy on the phone says to “call back in the morning as all the mechanics have gone home for the night” they’ve decided to keep the car OVERNIGHT without notifying us about it!! We needed the car for important family matters and now we can’t. We will NOT be bringing our car back for any servicing and we expect better customer service so this doesn’t happen to any other customers ?
