★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Literally pushed my car with a flat battery off their forecourt and told me to go get another car to jump off. No jump pack, no offer to jump off any of the 4 staff members cars, no attempt to loan or sell one of the 4 batteries in store... sooner these oil spilling companies go broke the better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just want to give a shout out to a lovely man kingi who was the forecourt attendant today. I really appreciated the genuineness of his interaction. He went out of his way to ensure I was attended to especially as I am mobilty impaired using crutches at present. He made what was a terrible day more pleasant with his banter. It is the small things that people do that count.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compressed air for tyres not working, apparently broken, 2 woman dressed to go out changed a wheel on the forecourt and nobody came to see if everything was ok! (It was all ok, but)...where is the service in service station?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Standard petrol station but one man alone earned them 5 stars from me. Excellent service from a staff member named Kingi who always goes above and beyond with every customer. He always greets you with a smile and takes a genuine interest in your day making you feel like a VIP. Any company would be lucky to employ this man 11/10 for him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to borrow a Jerry can as a student who has ran out of fuel didn't have enough to pay the deposit and buy fuel. Stubborn guy wouldn't take my phone which was worth 70 times what he was asking for the deposit or anything I had. Go to caltex instead, better shop, better people and cheaper fuel. Pickle

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was working night shift , my work mate went to grab drinks n food etc , I went literally 5 minutes after , the tall / big fella said I couldn't go inside to buy anything but could be served through the window , maybe it's because I'm not female like my work mate ? Bad enough having to work the shift and having to put up with rude service .
