★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Set up a Freight forwarding service with them and it has been service failure after service failure. Terrible customer service and no one really wants to help out. Dont ask for a supervisor because they will either tell you that they are busy or dont exist. I will not use thus company again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely disorganised and apparently the insurance fee I pay them every month does not cover them breaking or losing my product.
I spent several years as a manager for several large consumer brands e.g. Nike and Arnotts and getting product moved and stored was never this hard. Mckay Shipping and Joan Quimson has made launching a business unbelievably hard. You want to be able to rely on your vendors and not have to fight them every step of the way.
My calls and emails to the manager went unanswered finally after waiting I had the manager Joan Quimson call me to tell me they were cancelling the service and to remove my goods from there warehouse within 3 days or they would be auctioned off to meet 'their costs'!
