I paid for three day delivery, it took 10 days. Absolutely terrible service. I would rate Zero if I could

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service I have experienced in a while. The lady I was talking to was clearly not happy to talk to me, as she kept telling to me come in to the store and was getting very impatient and frustrated with me. The pricing is also ridiculous.

The business practices used by this company is disgusting.
I got a quote for a week eater engine to be sent to new Plymouth first quote was $275 however after a phone call they managed to settle at $185, which just proves how much they are over charging their customers.
The package was only going to cost $80 via courier so that means they were trying to charge $200 to pack this item.
All customers should try use other pack & sends in auckland before this one as they seem to have alot more positive reviews.
