To our very valued clients at MeCHE HAIR,
To ensure you can visit us, here is what you need to do;
It is required that all Staff and Clients need to wear a mask throughout the duration of your appointment. If you do not have a mask, one will be provided to you on entry.
As we are going to be working with strict distancing protocols – Under no circumstances will you be able to bring someone to your appointment. Only the person booked in will be permitted entry into the salon.
Prior to your appointment – we will require you to use the hand sanitizer before entering the salon. There will be a booth at the front door.
Unfortunately – we will not be able to supply you with Magazines at this stage. Please feel free to bring in your own book, iPad/laptop or your own magazines
Tea and Coffee will not be available so please feel free to bring in your own beverages for your appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The girl who did my hair was lovely, great chat. Unfortunately though the rest of my experience was a complete letdown. I went in a week before hand for a consultation which they quoted me with $310 for the full New Yorker package. Which included a full head of foils, a treatment and a cut. First of all when I left the salon my hair looked nice, well styled and curled. It wasn’t until the next day I noticed the stylist had completely missed my roots and it looked like I had a months regrowth after 24hours. My hair is now noticeably brittle and flaky, so whatever treatment they used is useless. I asked for a particular style of cut, it seemed simple and I made a note to the stylist that I hate blunt cuts, but of course my hair has the bluntest cut its ever had and it’s honestly embarrassing. Then Even though I was quoted $310, I was charged $420. I went in 48 hours after getting my hair done to explain how I had some concerns (at this point I hadn’t touched it, with any shampoo conditioner etc). The lady was very cold and treated me as though I was a burden, she said they might be able to fix it but she made me feel so uncomfortable, that now Im to scared to go back. I feel like the stylist wasn’t really listening to what I wanted and decided to go her own way on what she wanted to do to my hair, and it felt rushed. So now I’m stuck with this $420 mess on my head and it makes me want to cry every time I look in the mirror. Thanks for coming to my Ted Talk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The salon is modern and inviting, the staff are friendly and welcoming, I was greeted on arrival and offered a beverage while I waited for my appointment time. My stylist was Olivia who is a hair magician! I walked in with boring and lacklustre mousey brown hair and walked out with an updated cut and the most beautiful soft blonde balayage. The services are reasonably priced and they offer PartPay as a payment option to make it easier to budget for. I love my new hair, thanks Meche
*sidenote - partpay is a third party service and customers must apply and be approved before visiting the salon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely salon with a knowledgeable team. Highly recommend Rose for all treatments but especially for going from dark to blonde. I had my bridal party all have their hair ups here too, which the team all did a fabulous job. My hair lasted all day, into the night and through a dress change. The girls had perfect elegant buns. Unfortunately, I don't have a photo of the back of their hair but it was beautiful. I'd be happy with their hairup as the bridal hairup. The staff checked in with the girls regularly to check it was what I invisioned and ran to time.
