★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here are so lovely and I have had many lovely meals here, however I’m writing this review due to the treatment we received from the owner today. Totally rude and unprofessional. Came in to get a smoothie and muffin to go with my food and was thrown out for bringing in food from a different business. I began to make my way out while she was still shouting out after me. Horrible horrible customer service. Was also complaining about other customers in the cafe who had been sitting there for too long. Usually come in twice a week for my lunch, will never return again. Way to lose regular customers, step it up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always fabulous coffee and lovely food. So many gluten free options, and yummy cakes and slices that are all home made. My favorite barista in Napier works here, so always love being able to get there and have a relaxing coffee.
