β β β β β There were two women there one attempting to fix the printer the the other loitering around. I sat down after and waited, my thoughts were β good Iβm the only person here so I can get in and out quickly.β The woman at the printer wanted help from the other woman. After waiting for about 10-15 minutes, I wasnβt acknowledged, it was obvious I was the only person the as I sat in view of them. One woman said β right Iβm going on my break Iβll see you soonβ , to her colleague. The one left took her time for another 5 mins, then I was seen. I have worked in occupations that require excellent customer service but to my dismay I was very disappointed and I dread going to this clinic. And I know the Code Of Rights. Next time I will be making an official complaint so this does not happen to any else. I must say that there have been a few times that they have very good staff that are very professional and friendly.
