★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's sad to notice you have been reducing the quality of your meals. Specially I've noticed it in the chicken waffles and the omelette (why did you change the omelette recipe, it was so good with green salsa) i was a real fan of those dishes but not so much now, it's a shame :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been going around all the cafes around Ellerslie to find the best big breakfast around as I work just around the corner. This was by far the worst out of the 5 I’ve tried so far. Today I asked for a big breakfast, with a coffee to takeaway. Ended up getting the whole meal shoved in to a little cardboard box. I thought I was pretty clear that it was only the coffee to take away. It came with toast on top of the meal and the butter was placed in a blob on the bottom of the box which has now just turned into a hot mess. Disappointed to say the least.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a lovely place. From the moment we walked in we were made welcome and given a menu straight away.
Our server was very attentive and makes a decent coffee too (definitely a bonus). The staff are so kind too - I witnessed 2 of them helping an older gentleman into his chair.
The food is lovely and hot. On our most recent visit we had creamy mushrooms and a breakfast buttie. I loved how the house rosti was shaped like a birds nest. The house soda is also very refreshing.
I am definitely going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved the food and the portion sizes are decent, we had a hard time finishing our meals.
The parmesan waffles were really nice and crispy and paired well with the sauces provided.
Would definitely visit, if not the Mt Wellington branch, to one of the other branches they have.
