About MenoMe®
I have had a career spanning over 30 years in the natural health and beauty industries yet all that knowledge did not prepare me for menopause. I had no idea that my sudden anxiety and sleeplessness signalled the onset of perimenopause – to be honest, I had never even heard that word before.
I quickly realised I was not alone. Driven to change that, I strive every day for MenoMe® to be a place where women can educate themselves, be prepared and find real solutions for their menopause years. It brings me joy to see the difference we are making.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These were great. They seemed to help balance the hormonal changes each month especially the mood swings. My symptoms started to resurface but not as severe. I did get some good advice that I could move to the 55+ though I haven’t done so as yet.
Yes I would recommend this to women going through monthly hormonal surges. I’m peri menopausal and they did make a difference. I was able to come off prescribed meds for the moodswings etc.

Gphave been on meno-me since oct 2019 ran out just on lockdown and had been feeling so good I never ordered more. Well within 4 weeks my hot flushes and sweats were horrible again. After a particularly bad sweat at 4am I had a lightbulb momemnt got up ordered menome thank goodness they were still delivering. 2-3 weeks later feeling 100 times better. Still have warm flushes but nowhere near as bad and sleeping so much better. This product is worth every cent.

The product slowly eased those symptoms and after over one year I only get a reminiscence of hot flushes every now and then. That depends on my emotional level of course and what I eat . ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been suffering intense hot flushes for the last 4 months. I'm 46 and guessing it's the menopause as my periods have stopped and my blood tests show no other problems. My hot flushes were relentless - at some times during the day they were exploding through my body every 20minutes. Sleeping through the night was a joke. About an year ago I all of a sudden had really sore knees and bones all over, started having night sweats, felt anxious and uneasy about lots of things. I read about MenoMe on FB and decided to give it a go after all the amazing reviews.
I am taking 55+... It took a little while to work, but now I am pain-free, very balanced with my emotions and have hardly ever a night sweat. Ladies give it go - it will make your life so much more bearable ?
