★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Three female staff carried out personal conversation above the loud music. Highly inappropriately made fun of other customers accent at their back after they left. Not a very comfortable and friendly atmosphere that can reflect the greatness of Auckland/New Zealand vibe. Didn’t buy anything from there however found an exactly same store after security point, cheaper price (15%gst return)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the store inside the terminals. Many of the clothes do not have a price tag on, so it's up to them to decide a price on the spot, even the cashier had a conflict with the person who gave me the price. Wasn't a great experience.
