★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I placed my order 1/5/22 and still haven't received my order 13/6/22. Seems they had staff shortages due to covid and then computer upgrades which have caused problems. The only way of contacting them is email, which I have done several times.
I don't want my money back - I want my order.
The online chat does not work. Seems like an endless money pit.
I'm working on making some kind of official complaint.
Absolutely disappointed and more!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely the worst online shopping ever. I am told by Becky a customer service rep to have an "inspired day". What I would like is my money refunded as after 5 working days they have not even packed my order.
It would be quicker for me to shop with Amazon.
You're quick to take the $$$ but slow to provide the goods. I am shopping online in Australia, the United Kingdom and the US - they can dispatch quickly in spite of Covid. It's called running a business.
First time customer - last time customer. Fortunately, there are plenty of lingerie outlets to buy from.
