★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the brisket on the bone, the sausages are beautiful, the bacon is to die for and the porkbones are meaty with the tails a bonus. Their mince tastes nice as well. Travel from paps to their butcher, so I make it worth my while and buy quite a bit. My famz are ordering their sausages now.
