★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delivered wrong order and misbehaving with customer over the phone. Disgusting customer service. Instead of apologising the guy is arguing.Actually they deserve 0 star.
Update: Don’t provide deceptive information. First of all let me get it straight, the manner you have behaved over the phone clearly shows that you are not a business owner from any angle. Secondly, We never ask for free delivery because that’s upto your discretion. Thirdly, you delivered food after 9.30 pm and at that time your takeaway is closed. Then we rang the next day around 11.30 am and spoken with the lady who delivered the food and advised her about the wrong order because instead of karahi chicken she delivered chicken curry and told us that mistakenly she swapped our order with someone else. And then upon asking that what we do now as we are not going to pay the full amount for wrong order and she said “ even though the order was wrong but still it is chicken” so this clearly shows your take away people don’t value their customers and they don’t know the difference between the chicken dishes and same goes for the owner as well. We are kind enough to still pay you $10 only because of the reason we ate your food that night as we have no other option and we don’t want to have free food. If there was someone else in our situation they wouldn’t have paid you a single cent. So this was the end of the story.
Then again may be after a week I called you for placing an order but not for $10 refund (as we thought mistake can happen from anybody) and you are lying and providing false information in the reply of my review that I called for $10 refund which is really disgusting and shameful on your part.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have ordered vegetable biriyani through menulog. Place is easy to identify. But the taste is moderate. We have specifically mentioned the dish should be spicy. It was actually low spicy. Will give a try again later some time to update my review

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ $25 grab one deal for lunch or dinner, received lunch time portions after 4pm that weren't full, both curries had bone and gristle in them, naan and roti were both gluggy...phoned with feedback...$12.50 each...seems a stink deal when I can get the same thing anywhere else for $10 standard...not happy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rip off. Got the grabone deal $25 for 2 curries and naan. I wish I had read the reviews for this place first as someone 9 months ago complained of my exact issue, that for that $25 you only get as much food as you would pay $20 or $22 for at any other Indian restaurant at lunchtime without a voucher, and the food is not as good. I feel ripped off, but Grabone don't care and have already kept this "deal" going for 1 month following my complaint.
