★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im still not happy with the cut but I appreciate the refund and the quick response... I'm so upset, the lady cut way too much off of my son's hair. My husband said don't cut the top, just sides and back. She cut everything short and it looks very choppy and amateur. It looks like I cut, not a professional hairdresser. I'm going to have to pay for someone else to fix it now. This is the second time we went, will never go again. I don't think the lady was a professional hairdresser.

They have created such a awesome space for children to feel relaxed, comfortable and entertained. My girl loved “driving the car” while getting her hair trimmed. Receiving a certificate, balloon and lollipop made it that much more exciting at the end. Highly recommend taking your little ones here! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My very active 2.5 year old son had a haircut at Mermaids and Mullets and it was such a nice experience for both of us. From the second he walked in the door he was so excited to sit in the “race car seat”.
His hair style is so cool and cute!
The bonus lollipop and balloon at the the was the perfect way to end the appointment with a positive memory for him!
