★ ★ ★ ★ ★ $100 more for my new client package. Just under $300 for an average balayage using no colour on the roots or blending colour just bleach on the ends of my just over shoulder length hair. I'd happily pay that for a cleaner and better presented salon with a bit more effort/experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived for my appointment, was told the hair extensions were still at another store so was talked into trying a different option for the same type of effect I was after from the 15min consoltation. I had wanted to touch up the front where a couple of greys were and put in 3 blonde foils in the back. The Manager seems disinterested and almost uncomfortable doing my hair. 2 different assistants helped the manager but made a mess and ended up having to dye my whole head black. The youngest assistant washed the black color out at the same time as blonde foils. The black leaked and caused the blondes to fade, then needing a repair job. Overall very very upset and disappointed at the lack of care and kindness shown from the 15mins console to the actual appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a special deal via text. Only after I was alreafy n the salon chain I was told they can't honor the special deal. What a waste of my time after taking time of work too. Don't trust VIVO special offers it's false advertising!
