I found their staff to be very helpful and friendly. Further to the rattling roller door in the video, if the door is fully shut it would not be that noisy. Maybe get a professional to adjust the close limits on the door.

The guy with the noisy door, may have chosen the wrong product, in relation to noise, however he may want to adjust the limits so it closes properly.
