Update: 6.18pm excellent service from Simon branch network manager my husband sent a complaint in writing this morning about the roller doors Simon got back to us promptly and took care of it fantastic result thank you Simon appreciate it ** To add to thus post 31/10/19 be aware when doing retro fit adding the xtra weight to the doors you could end up with issues opening the door in our case main sliding door which is what we have come up against spoke to Troy apparently this is common if it's that common would have been nice to have advised the rollers may go we could have got them changed at the time the door was being fitted to take the xtra weight not knowing thus is a costly mistake now we are awaiting a quote to get this repaired beware what's common to the professional is uncommon to someone like my self that rely on the professional to pass this sort of thing on to us as we know nothing about this sort of thing **** it's a shame to add this feedback after such excellent service but no one likes a bill to creep up that could have been avoided have just had my house retrofit with double glazing I would highly recommend Troy an the team at Metro Direct Wellington , from the first point of contact with Troy he was able to work around me to have this done which was a huge help. I then had Mark Collinson (Trademan) and Nick Estreich ( Apprentice) The professionalism of these two at my property is nothing short of amazing , before these guys came to my house they were unaware my mum is terminally ill and just finished cancer treatment but what amazed me is Mark always checked in on my mum to see if she was ok and keeping warm as they moved through my house that is excellent customer service I truelly appreciated. Next thing was the respect they had for my house without being asked they had covers over there shoes when they worked inside this is awesome I have dealt with tradies that don't have this consideration an have to be asked these guys just were awesome they did this without being asked . Lastly the young apprentice Nick had a great teacher in Mark showing him the ropes this young man worked really hard an made sure he was cleaning up behind them as they went without hesitation Was great to come home from work an not even know they had been because everything was spotless. I highly recommend Troy an the team a Metro Direct Wellington I will have no problem recommending Metro Direct to my family n friends an the wider public I had a fantastic experience an I'm pretty sure you will to :)

Woa, hey, so sorry. You're totally right, if you Google Capital, you now get Metro (it seems Metro Direct bought Capital Glass?). So Google is attributing my angry review from a year ago, to the wrong company. It's not fair it sat here for a year, but that's how it happened. All I can say is I'm sorry, I hope people read your response and ignored me. Looking at your product, I'm wishing I'd gone that way instead of what we ended up with.

Buy alot Glass here , if they don't have it they will get it for you.
