While she came to our first meeting well prepared with lots of ideas, it was evident within minutes of meeting her that she was most focused on hearing what was important to me; working alongside me to develop a plan rather than telling me what I should do. Kelly communicated clearly at all stages, and always well in advance of any deadlines we had set. Part psychologist, part magician; in the end she helped me weave visual imagery together with a personal profile that feels authentic to me.
