★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Couldn't locate the required wheels anywhere in Hawkes Bay but less than 24 hours after finding them on this site, they'd arrived from Auckland, and were on my grandson's board already. I'm not easily impressed but on this occasion...well, I absolutely was!

My 7 year old sons Santa present was delivered to front door a week out from Xmas - UNWRAPPED!
The feedback from business was that I should have requested it to be wrapped but I did 95% of my shopping online (I had a very child sick who later had surgery in December) and NONE of the other presents arrived unwrapped!
He saw the scooter so we had to hastily buy a different gift for him causing a budget blow out and not even a genuine apology from the business ?
Bad customer service in my opinion.
