★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would love to say good things about this company, but the service I received post-purchase for 2 errors on their side was abysmal. I don't think I have experienced a company that admits their errors but is asking the customer to pay for it. I had to fight not to cop their mistake expense, even though they admitted it was their fault.
One error they didn't address at all, I corrected it myself with some tools at home. The second involved a phone call and a long series of txt messages involving them pleading me to pay for their error because their business was suffering (error cost; $150),.They then tried to negotiate the amount I cop of their mistake. It should never have ended up in the lengthy series of messages for something with written proof of their error, coupled with their acknowledgment of their error from the start. I sent them feedback for their service and explained my disgust, I received "Apologies" and that was it.
It was extremely poor business etiquette. If you are owed a refund from them, fight for it because it does not come easily.
I dealt with Amit primarily, and he has horrid phone etiquette.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did a fair amount of research before purchasing a bed. This involved a number of store visits, 30 minute testing etc.
To provide context I am 5"6 and my Hubby is 6"3. I prefer a soft mattress and he prefers a firm one. We wanted a coil free mattress with breathable fabric and after a few months of searching I decided to check this store out on a whim. Definitely worth the trip. The bed we chose is great value and we only spent a third of our original budget.
We love it, our son has decided it's his bed too. What more can I say. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were looking for a normal bed base. While in store Amit demonstrated a bed with plenty of storage in it. The lid was controlled by an electric mechanism. Quite easy to operate. We found this product quite useful and ended up buying. Good customer skills.

Bought a mattress and frame from them and called the next day to follow up with the order and advised that it would have to be taken up one flight of stairs and I was told this was fine. Anyways the delivery men arrived wanted to charge extra to take it upstairs even though I had already paid $75.00 for a delivery fee which I refused to pay. So they left the mattress and base by the entrance door blocking our access to the kitchen. I called the company who then became argumentative with me and said they can’t do anything till tomorrow. I just wish my call was recorded with this shop because I know I told them it was to be taken upstairs. No help whatsoever either.
