I asked them to let me view two particular items wich were available on line but not in their shop. They said they would get them in for me to look at - three weeks ago and no word. I have rung and left messages - no response! Slack! I had to put one star!

Very determined to get you to buy extras. Geeze woman, I havent even finish looking and you want me to buy items waaay out of my budget. Awkward and uncomfortable. Let people browse and talk to themselves (in a sane way ?)
