★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad customer service, was in there Saturday. Manager and another staff member did not even look at us and continued there conversation. Tried swapping a gift Pandora bracelet for another size. After approaching one of the younger staff members, she had to ask manager, and the manager said they couldn't, yet Pandora has told me they should have!! They had the same bracelet listed on the stores website. Two younger staff members were kind and only ones appearing to work, cleaning jewellery and shelves. Maybe make one of them the manager.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had always had good service before in the past & had spent a lot of money over the years at Christmas for my daughter & Wife.
However we went in around a month ago so that my wife could exchange a gift, the usual older lady that had served me many times in the past was not in unfortunately. As we walked in I went one way the wife the other way , one of the young sales assistants said hello & my wife said hello , as my wife walked past the sales assistant pulled a face & motioned to the other assistant who was on the main desk who started laughing, what they didn’t realise was that I saw the whole thing. I didn’t tell my wife at the time as I didn’t want to embarrass her, I very confronted the assistant but didn’t want to make a scene, I thought I would save it for a review. I have since told my wife & she has advised that she will never use the store again & I won’t be back at Christmas time.
We both work in jobs that require us to bend over backward for our clients, we would never dream of being so childish & rude, perhaps the owner who has always been lovely & helpful should be present rather than having three young girls looking after your business, they are doing you no favours.
I honestly very rarely complain please treat this as an opportunity to perhaps
Have a word with the young ladies about manners & respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely disgusting........the boss Gerad came in with his son asked the new staff member if they had rat tests "she said no " slowly .......he yelled answer me yes or no" very awkward poor staff member and a bully as a boss. Iv spent thousands there so sad

I had a piece of jewellery break and I was pretty much told it was my fault and I was too rough (I wore it once out to dinner) I felt like they didn’t believe me and thought I was lying. To get the item replaced was very difficult and tedious. I would not go back here the customer service is not up to standard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could post no stars I would. The older woman at the counter was extremely rude. We had walked in and we're told we aren't allowed in without mask even though we had informed the woman we had exemptions. She was rude and said we needed mask. We then proceeded to walk out and noticed a sign on the counter stating that no mask was fine with an exemption. We informed her of this and we're allowed to stay however with her rude customer service who would want to stay and buy from here.
