The lady I spoke to (sorry, I am horrible with names), knew exactly what I wanted. She had even searched back years to locate the item I had purchased before assuring me that it will be fixed. She also was very compassionate and made a really good deal with the ring I purchased. Very nice woman too. Huge thumbs up!
