★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to make a purchase on an advertised product which was sold out, staff were extremely pushy and very rude, pushed me towards an item that wasn't even close to what what advertised and about 5 times the price, ended up going elsewhere and buying a similar item to what was advertised, didnt mind paying more because the staff member was polite and not pushy or rude. Michael Hill Jeweler Rotorua, you used to be fantastic, now your not, I will never go back in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gorgeous store, excellent staff and efficient service. Great selection. I had 4 repair jobs to be done (not Michael Hill pieces) that were completed brilliantly. Taina (not sure of spelling sorry) is fabulous. I would highly recommend her, she was lively, bubbly and genuinely shared my excitement, she provided amazing service and was so helpful. I hope she gets recognized for her efforts!
