★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Microfilm have looked after printing for my business for around 5 years now. I am based in Auckland, and haven't bothered to find a local printer as Microfilm have been consistently brilliant to work with - so all my printing is done in Christchurch!
These guys work with me to find perfect solutions and offer me options I hadn't considered... and their print and production quality is fantastic! Definitely recommend Microfilm! Lis

I deal with Microfilm on a weekly basis with work and they are always extremely accommodating of my requirements, always on time, the work produced is of amazing quality and they are also a very friendly team who I enjoy interacting with. 10/10 :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. NIGHTMARE. Microfilm consistently provides sub-standard work. I ordered 250 copies of a book to be printed. The bind did not meet and visible glue dripping out of the bind, causing pages to stick and rip. I was told by Microfilm to dump 44 of the books as it was agreed they were not up to standard, yet still had to pay 50% of the quoted price for them. I was then sent four hardcover books at free of charge due to the constant late delivery and poor quality I was receiving. When I contacted Microfilm to outline that pages didn't match in a hardcover copy and was just a complete scramble. I was sent an email "can you please explain the request for a replacement one?" This was after providing the photo's of mis-matched pages. No apology, or concern that they provided sub-standard work. Unfortunately engaging with Microfilm has cost me dearly in undue stress, embarrassment, time and money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've used microfilm for years and will use them in the future. They are so very knowledgable, helpful, and above all kind & friendly. Turnaround has been great. They go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy. I highly recommend them to friends family and also our customers from my work. Keep up the amazing job guys!

She is a professional, approachable, ever-so-helpful specialist in printing and has a superb eye for colour and detail. She is both exacting and meticulous in her preparation of the prints. I have gone back to her a number of times for additional work to be done, and every time I have been delighted. Her reproductions are so good that she excites me afresh about my work. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sadly my cousin passed away this week and I was given the opportunity to do the Service Sheet for his funeral. I had little time to get the sheets printed but Jacqui at Digital print quoted me and printed the sheets in such an amazing fast turn around - quoted me yesterday afternoon, picked up beautiful service sheets this morning! Outstanding service, outstanding quality. I am so grateful for Jacqui removing all the stress from this task. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting a great print job!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably fine work, but terrible customer service.
We had work scanned by them for a client, but unfortunately due to our own technical issues we lost the scan files. That’s on us. But when contacting Microfilm Digital Print to (hopefully) have the files sent again, we received absolutely no responses for weeks on end. I can only guess that they deleted those files, but informing us would only be professional.
