★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a broken network adapter, I was initially informed that I would not be charged because it could not be fixed, but ended up getting g charged $80 because they opened the computer up to have a look at it.
Only did basic diagnostic tests.
Lovely customer service though

Three months ago I bought a new Acer computer from Oliffs and they not only delivered and set it up at home but they set up my spreadsheet to use for invoicing.
When I changed to Windows 10 they sorted out my printer problem at no cost to me.
I still have two free tutorials to take up with them and am looking forward to this.
This has been a good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a difficult problem with my computer and was not able to get it fixed even though I had tried two service places. I then heard about Oliffs Computer and took it to them. The staff were certainly very clued up and they fixed my computer with in the same day. The price was $89 which I thought was very reasonable as I had been charged that much without a result from my previous attempts. Thank you Oliffs I will back.

What a different experience that was.
The staff were friendly and I was able to speak to them easily about my requirements. They not only set up my new computer but transferred all of my old information and delivered it to my home. They then set up my wireless devices and gave me a help line which I have used successfully.
A good place to deal with. Thank you Oliffs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not shop here, and do Not take your computer to them! They will take out anything that's good and replace them with the cheapest products possible. They took my brand new $450 power supply and replaced it with a $59 product. And never applied any cpu paste after I had supplied two tubes of the best I could find. And I was told it would be finished in twenty minutes so I drove down there and waited four hours because they kept telling me 20 minutes! What a joke these guys are!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best computer shop in Christchurch. Every other shop has gone out of business and perhaps then popped back up under a new name months later, but not Oliffs. They have stayed open consistently and I always go to Oliffs for advice and recommendations. Even as a 31 year-old trained technician, there is always a tech trend or product that I have little knowledge of.
