β β β β β Just attended the breadmaking class at the Miele Centre, Auckland. It was a relaxing and informative 2 hours, with many valuable hints and tricks provided. Many thanks for a worthwhile and enjoyable experience.

β β β β β I have just started my new Miele dishwasher for the first time, thanks to the expert, calm guidance from a charming woman at Miele NZ. She took the time to find the appropriate manual and talked me through what I needed to do step by step - I now have my first time dishwasher humming away happily in the background. This service expert also gave me clear advice on use of salt and Rinse-Aid with the water I have from a country spring - it's hard water which I have had to get specially tested.
I am One Happy Customer - thank you so much.

β β β β β We have purchased a new dishwasher from Miele Auckland Showroom and the first service we received from the salesperson Vicki has been a pleasure. She is gentle and not pushy, and kindly helped us to check on the delivery date which is 2 months away due to stock shortage across the globe during the pandemic. We got our machine and she has been very patient to help us to work out the voucher to redeem our free washing tablets, and so kindly sent us 60 tablets instead of the 20 tablets on the voucher! Vicki is a joy to deal with and we need more salesperson like her in the showroom to further improve the customer service for a prestige brand like Miele.

β β β β β Disappointing customer experience. We bought multiple appliances from the store, where the salesperson just left us with a "dispatch date" which we later found out didn't relate to when we would receive the appliances and had no determination on the delivery date. As a result, we removed existing appliances to make way for the new and were left waiting. Fliways, the delivery company Miele uses, failed to deliver the appliances when scheduled multiple times. They did not answer the phone, nor respond to the messages we left asking for an update. We reached out to Miele several times to be updated on the delivery details and for our delivery to be prioritised which made no difference. Unsatisfactory experience when paying a premium.

β β β β β Spent almost $5k in Miele products and had a really bad experience from start to finish...1 - Poor customer service. Sales rep advising us did not know what she was talking about. 2 - took several days for a quote to be made and further emails that we then sent to Miele went unanswered as we later found out that the sales person (Masako) had resigned and nobody told us ! 3 - Miele truck crashed damaging all appliances, order had to be re-dispatched. 4 - after waiting a couple more weeks there were several unsuccessful attempts at delivering our goods. They did not arrive as Miele did not notice that with the re-dispatched order the address had defaulted to the Miele experience center and not our residential address. So they tried to deliver to Miele and not to us. 5 -Really poor communication from Miele customer service team as to the status and whereabouts of our order, asked several times for the manager to call me back but this never happened . 6 - Order finally arrived at our house BUT the installation crew broke one of the products on installation and this took several days to replace.
I have spent hours on the phone to Miele about all of this and it has been super stressful. No apology, no discount, no gift...absolutely nothing ! Always been a loyal Miele customer so why do I deserve this ? If you read this Miele then please contact me because I've requested you to call me back for a long time.
Such a shame. Great products but terrible degrading service and treatment of customers who make every effort to be good customers and pay top dollar for top appliances.

β β β β β We bought all of our kitchen appliances plus vacuum cleaner plus fashion master from Miele two and a half - three years ago. Paid a fortune for them. Our dishwasher (we paid for it $2,678) stopped working 2 months ago being in use for just over 2 years. Miele covered only 80% of the costs. For instance, Bosh would replace your appliance with no question asked even in 5 years time free!!! of charge and their dishwashers are way cheaper. The moment you call Miele to get the repairer they tell you call and book technician from ESI Service Appliances by yourself. I just cannot understand how ESI Service Appliances could be a preferred supplier for anyone. We are without dishwasher for nearly two months so far and have to wear 20% of costs and poor technical support. Our vacuum cleaner from Miele was repaired multiple times for the last two years as well. Very disappointed with quality of Miele products. Would think twice before buying anything from Miele again. Quality does not worth $$$ spent, poor technical support.

β β β β β Very disappointed with our 3 year old Miele WDB030 7 kg washer. Twice it leaked and flashed the F138 error sign and the Miele technicians have not been able to fix the problem. Their last visit was Monday 11 January and they could not establish what was causing the leaks except to advise us not to wash large duvet covers. The machine leaked again on the 13th after one short wash. It first leaked in November and we have not been able to use it properly since then. Very frustrating. Miele has asked another repair company to look at the problem and we wonder why. Cant they fix it themselves? I am considering taking this matter up with Consumer Protection to check how long a washing machine should last.

β β β β β I have been waiting 12 weeks to have my $4000 Miele washing machine repaired and still no action or response to my emails. My repairman canβt get support, having contacted Consumer NZ seems this is a well known issue since they moved back to Australia. Whilst we like our Miele appliances if Miele wonβt provide support in NZ itβs time they withdrew completely. I wouldnβt recommend anyone buy Miele appliances in NZ. ?
