★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a new Venu 2 Plus and did not get much change from $800. Arrived with a gap between the glass and the case. Called Garmin, sent email with photos, waited 2 weeks before chasing up again. They reckon that I should post it in, and they take 2 weeks to “evaluate” it, i.e. see if there’s a gap or not. Then another week or so to send out a replacement.
I offered to drop it off to speed things up, but this is not allowed. Customer service is non-existent. Will not buy another overpriced Garmin watch knowing that there’s very little back-up.
