★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have owned and run businesses for over 20 years and was flabbergasted by the "couldn't give a toss attitude" of the owner Mike Butt. We had some repair work completed on a truck and duly paid the excess to get the truck returned with the knowledge that an engine mount still needed to be replaced. After countless phone calls and personal visits we discovered Mike Butt Collision just wasn't in the slightest bit interested in completing the job (as we had already paid). Claiming they couldn't source the part. We got the insurance company involved who advised that is was a small issue as the part could be locally manufactured. After 10 months of waiting Mike Butt never finished the job and we had to go elsewhere to have it solved in a matter of days. On making inquiries with other locals they said Oh we never go there for the reasons I discovered. Save yourself some misery and choose another panel-beater.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrusting your pride and joy to anybody to have work done on it is a huge step let alone a full panel and paint job but these guys understood this, took huge care and did a great job. It's hard work finding a good automotive outfit so when you do it should be shared.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Couldn’t have been more helpful especially as we were leaving New Zealand at the end of our stay and therefore out of the country during the time of repair and completion. Progress photos sent to us and vehicle delivered to a relative for us. Thanks Mike and Tony for a great job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid for a courtesy car while my car was getting fixed. The courtesy car randomly stopped working. Rang owner and he said i would have to get it sorted myself. Had to pay $90 to get it fixed. The next day stopped working again on the motorway. No apology. No jumper leads in their courtesy car. No offer of refund. They messaged the wrong number when my car was ready. Would never go back. He also knew i was heavily pregnant at the time. In all businesses that are customer facing things can go wrong....it's usually an opportunity to be honest and make things right....which strengthens customer loyalty. But this wasnt the case. Zero accountability.
