★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute shysters. Have been duped out of a minimum of $500 (probably nearer $800) from these cowboys, all they need are some stetsons to finish off their look!!! Will be taking this up with trading standards. When I questioned the boss of this awful place about invoice discrepancies, I got shouted down over the phone and made to feel like an idiot, this after paying them nearly $1600 a few weeks earlier!! I called the actual garage to see if there had been any developments and was told and I quote "do not call us again" and the phone was slammed down on me by the wonderful staff that work there, beautiful customer service, NOT!!! All this has now lead me to take a legal course of action against them. I want to know where my $$$$ went and these shysters are not willing to tell me which is EXTREMELY suspicious, so I have no other course of action. If you are reading this, then be aware this is a cowboy firm and you are likely to have hassles, so be warned!!

I had to fix a few things and replace tyres for the WOF, but once I had fixed them I was able to swing by one morning to get it checked off right then and there. Cheers for the great service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I own a small car dealing business and Mark is the only mechanic I allow to work on my cars, (40 or so jobs a year) from basic servicing and mechanics, to complex faults. All of my business has followed him from the previous shop he worked at when he bought and took over Milford Workshop a year ago. I have dealt with a lot of automotive tradesmen over the years, Mark is the best. Thank you from New Way Auto RMVT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having used Milford Workshop for many years of normal servicing of our family cars , i have always found them experienced / very helpful, highly knowledgeable in their industry and most importantly both fair & totally reasonable in their service charge outs rates !!! The new owner Mark also provides quality of workmanship experience , & stands by his work always and is only to willing to accommodate all requests and also openly discusses both viable and realistic cost effective options for major repairs and servicing needs on older model cars as & when required ---- So do check them out for your next scheduled car service or unexpected motoring problem , especially if you live in the MILFORD & FOREST HILL locale ---- you will very likely be more than pleasantly surprised & well pleased with the friendly and guaranteed professional customer service levels & workmanship ................Ms Janelle Napier of Mairangi Bay .......:):)
