★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our son had extra anxiety and stress over school, crying and vomiting before school over stress and worries, Sara worked with our boy (5yrs old) he listens to his personal hypno each night before bed. He no longer cry's or is sick before school, has leveled up and goes into school from the school gate without me or a teacher. His confidence has been boosted and his overall mood has calmed. It is a huge relief for us that he is doing so well.

I had been suffering insomnia for over three months before seeing Sara and had tried everything, from a sleep physiologist, medication and more with nothing helping.. I was unsure about hypnotherapy but was willing to give it a go! Thank goodness I did because before Sara I was getting max of two hours sleep a night, after our first session out of three, I went up to 7 hours… Sara is so welcoming, warm and has the most soothing voice. I will be forever grateful for her help and highly recommend her and her work!
